Healthee, a health benefits platform, is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for its Buenos Aires office. You will work with enterprise customers, CSМs, and engineers to resolve complex issues, perform in-depth troubleshooting, and manage cases with a focus on customer delight.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in tech support or technical account management for B2B SaaS, strong API knowledge (REST/GraphQL), and experience with SSO protocols.

Formación

• 4+ years in technical support or similar, B2B SaaS experience preferred.
• Experience diagnosing web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of SSO incl. OAuth, SAML, SCIM.
• Able to reproduce issues, triage, and file bugs with Engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal, multitasking and communication skills.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Calm, proactive, empathetic, and energetic demeanor.
• Able to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with enterprise customers, CSMs, Benefits Specialists and engineers to resolve complex issues.
• Troubleshoot and handle the most complex inquiries via main support channels.
• Manage cases and provide optimal support solutions per client needs.
• Investigate root causes by analyzing logs and using developer tools.
• Reference docs and contribute to internal knowledge base content.
• Coordinate with business and engineering teams for clear communication.
• Generate regular reports on platform health and quality.
• Build systems to manage tasks from reporting to completion; scale processes.
