Formación

• 4+ years of experience in technical support or similar role.
• Experience with web/mobile app troubleshooting and API usage.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with enterprise customers, CSMs, and engineers to resolve complex issues.
• Troubleshoot web and mobile applications; diagnose and document root causes.
• Investigate logs and use developer tools to isolate problems.
• Reference technical docs and help build internal knowledge base content.
• Communicate clearly with clients and teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Generate regular health metrics and reports on platform quality.
• Scale processes and systems while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
