Telepatia in Argentina is hiring a Growth Associate to drive outbound prospecting, account discovery, and ROI modeling for PoCs and proposals. You will map hospitals, engage decision-makers, and maintain clean CRM data as part of building Telepatia's sales playbook.

You will work closely with the Country Manager to coordinate multi-channel outreach, conduct discovery, and craft compelling business cases that demonstrate value to healthcare organizations.

Formación

• 1–3 years in B2B SaaS sales (SDR/BDR) or analytics in healthcare/tech.
• Fluent Spanish; professional working English.
• Prospecting & lead generation; strong written & verbal communication.
• Ability to research and navigate complex organizations; CRM discipline.
• Comfort with numbers; building simple models & data sense.
• Independent work in fast-paced, unstructured environments.

Responsabilidades

• Research and prospect strategically: map target hospitals and health systems.
• Run targeted outbound across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, and events.
• Qualify with rigor via first-touch discovery conversations.
• Prepare briefing docs and join key calls; ensure timely follow-up.
• Model ROI for PoCs and proposals; build business cases.
• Maintain Attio CRM hygiene; manage pipeline dashboards and forecasts.
• Document templates, playbooks, and pilot structures; share learnings.
• Identify and launch initiatives to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Execute events, trade shows, and client activations end-to-end.
