Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience across Product, Data, and GTM functions.
• Experience recruiting for U.S. and LATAM markets.
• Strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact roles including leadership and executive searches.
• Advise hiring managers with market insights and structured processes.
• Lead intake meetings, define search strategies, and build candidate profiles.
