Job summary

Cookunity is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions. You will own pipelines from hiring manager alignment to offer rollout, working remotely 100% with Latam-based flexibility.

You will build proactive sourcing strategies, conduct thorough screening, and guide candidates through interviews, while maintaining ATS data integrity in ADP and driving regional growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech or SaaS.
• Proven track record owning end-to-end recruitment from outreach to offer.
• Hands-on sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter required.
• Experience screening and behavioural interviews.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles.
• Experience with ATS, preferably ADP.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and drive recruitment timelines.
• Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other targeted channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Manage ATS data integrity (including ADP), track candidate progress, and leverage pipeline insights to optimize sourcing strategies.
