Syneos Health is seeking an Associate Director, Solution Design (REMS) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will manage the solution development process across functions, lead a team, and ensure quality control while guiding the transition to delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in life sciences or consulting, program and project management experience, and willingness to travel about 25%. Master’s degree or MBA and PMP certification are preferred. Health benefits and PTO are offered.

Formación

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in life sciences or consulting.
• Program and project management experience.
• Management consulting or services company experience (e.g., CRO, CCO).
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the overall solution development process across functions and business units.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team and ensure quality control.
• Lead customer presentations and document follow-up actions.
• Facilitate contracts, work orders, and other legal documents with internal stakeholders.
• Keep stakeholders updated on opportunity status and actions.
