Syneos Health is seeking an Associate Director, Solution Design (REMS) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will manage the solution development process across functions, lead a team, and ensure quality control while guiding the transition to delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in life sciences or consulting, program and project management experience, and willingness to travel about 25%. Master’s degree or MBA and PMP certification are preferred. Health benefits and PTO are offered.

You are the first to roll up your sleeves and work with endless energy until you solve the unsolvable, beat the unbeatable and come out on top.

In this role, you will manage the overall solution development process and ensure there is integration both within and across functions and business units. As Associate Director, Solution Design, you will manage team members and step in as necessary to ensure quality control and provide guidance and leadership to the team. You will:

• Manage opportunity activation, clearly communicating with the Commercial Strategy and Solutions Design team and business units to design an initial solution
• Quality check work throughout the solution development process
• Participate in virtual and live customer presentations and document any follow-up actions
• Navigate internal processes and customer needs to facilitate the development of contracts, work orders, and other legal documents
• Keep all key stakeholders updated on opportunity status, including customer decision timing and outstanding actions
• Onboard team members and transfer customer relationships to ensure smooth hand-off of the solution to the delivery teams
• Lead weekly operations meetings where resources are assigned to opportunities and special projects
• 7+ years’ relevant work experience in the life sciences or consulting industry
• Program and project management experience
• Management consulting or services company experience (e.g., CRO, CCO)
• Willingness to travel ~25%

Desired Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher (MBA, MS, MPH, MHA)
• PMP certification
