You will work with Claude Code, Codex, and other AI agents to accelerate delivery, while owning complex systems and contributing across the stack. The role emphasizes pragmatic decisions, ownership, and product-minded engineering in a remote-first culture with strong

Qualifications

Production software systems experience.
Architecture, system design, debugging, testing, and maintainability.
Experience with large or complex existing codebases.
Experience building modern web apps and SaaS products.

Responsibilities

Navigate, understand, and evolve a large production codebase.
Design and implement new product capabilities across a complex SaaS platform.
Make pragmatic architectural decisions as the product scales.
Identify technical debt and reliability issues.
Leverage AI coding agents throughout development lifecycle.
Build and evolve backend services, APIs, data models, and workflows.
Contribute across the stack when needed.
Strengthen automated testing and production readiness.
Improve development tooling and automation.
Troubleshoot complex issues across layers.
