Darwoft, a Latin American technology company, is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to join our AI-native engineering team. You will work remotely from LATAM and contribute to an AI-enabled transaction platform, using Claude Code, Codex, and other AI agents to accelerate delivery while shaping architecture and reliability.
The role emphasizes building production software, owning complex systems, and driving engineering practices.
Formación
- Extensive experience building and operating production software systems.
- Expertise with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud deployments.
- Experience using AI coding agents to accelerate development.
- Ability to navigate large, existing codebases and make architectural decisions.
- Background in SaaS or web applications.
Responsabilidades
- Navigate large existing production codebase and evolve it.
- Design and implement new product capabilities across the platform.
- Make architectural decisions as the product scales.
- Identify debt, reliability risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Use AI coding agents extensively throughout development lifecycle.
- Build backend services, APIs, data models, and workflows.
