Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer for the Service Cloud to present our service offerings to prospects and customers, align solutions with business needs, and build trusted advisor relationships.

You will analyze customer service requirements, recommend best-fit architectures, and demonstrate value through tailored product demonstrations while collaborating with sales, product, and service teams. Domestic travel is required.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of PreSales experience in services industry.
• Experience in Customer Service, contact centers, or field service is a plus.
• Understanding of Salesforce product suite and platform.
• Knowledge of relational databases and web technologies.
• Basic programming in HTML and other web technologies; BPM/integration experience.
• Experience with CRM solutions (ServiceNow, RightNow, Microsoft, Siebel, Oracle on Demand, SAP, Pegasystems, Cisco, Genesys) is a plus.
• Some domestic travel is required.

Responsabilidades

• Evangelize Service Cloud value to customers including executives and IT teams.
• Assess business and operations impacted by technology.
• Deliver findings with pain points, proposed solutions and ROI.
• Contribute to the development of technical sales strategy.
• Configure and demonstrate tailored solutions reflecting each customer’s business.
• Discuss and propose solution architecture including omni-channel call center, CTI, and workforce management.
• Execute enablement activities (Webinars, Best Practices, Knowledge Share).
• Collaborate with Field Service Management Sales, SE teams, Account Executives and Product Management.
