Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Solution Engineer for the Service Cloud to present Service offerings and architecture to prospects. The role focuses on turning business needs into technical solutions and trusted advisor guidance. You will collaborate with field teams and management to deliver value in complex CRM deployments.

You will analyze customer requirements, demonstrate envisioned solutions, and discuss omni-channel, CTI, and workforce management aspects to ensure customer success and ROI.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of PreSales experience in services industries.
• Understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and related CRM suites.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and web technologies is advantageous.
• Experience with workflow/BPM, integrations, and evaluating customer requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Evangelize Service Cloud value to customers and executives.
• Assess business processes and propose tailored solutions to address pain points.
