Baker Hughes in Argentina seeks a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and engage with operators to deliver integrated drilling solutions.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of directional drilling, MWD/LWD, and BHA optimization, with a track record of influencing engineering and procurement. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure service delivery and value.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, and Capex.
• Deliver technical presentations and post‑well analyses to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
