Pearl is seeking a Sr. Support Specialist, Phones for a remote, contract-based role in Latin America, aligned to North American business hours. You will diagnose complex VoIP, SIP, and PBX issues for multi-site clients and document solutions.

Requirements include 2–4 years in VoIP/PBX support, strong English writing, and hands-on IP phone provisioning. Contractors must provide their own equipment and reliable internet.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in technical VoIP/PBX support.
• Experience with multi-site or enterprise-scale PBX deployments.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP/RTCP, and QoS concepts.
• Experience provisioning IP phones across vendors.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and resolve SIP/VoIP connectivity issues across 15+ tickets per day.
• Administer and troubleshoot PBX systems at call-flow and trunk level.
• Remotely diagnose network issues and guide clients via phone or screen share.
• Provision and configure IP phones for new and existing accounts.
• Manage and resolve client-facing tickets daily with SLA adherence.
• Document recurring issues and solutions in the knowledge base.
