Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Sr. Support Specialist, Phones to join our remote team and handle complex VoIP/PBX issues for multi-site clients.

You will diagnose SIP/VoIP connectivity, configure trunks, manage tickets, maintain SLA, and document solutions to help the team scale with clear written updates. This 100% remote contract is based in Latin America, with availability aligned to North American business hours, and requires fluent English.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in technical VoIP/PBX support, with multi-site deployments.
• Solid knowledge of SIP, RTP/RTCP, PBX routing/configuration, and VoIP failure modes.
• Working knowledge of subnetting/VLANs, QoS, and packet capture analysis.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve SIP/VoIP connectivity issues across 15+ client tickets daily.
• Administer and troubleshoot PBX systems at call-flow and trunk level.
• Remotely diagnose network issues and guide client staff through resolutions.
• Provision and configure IP phones for new and existing client accounts.
• Manage client tickets daily, maintain SLA, and communicate clearly in writing.
• Document recurring issues and solutions in the knowledge base.
