Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Technical Support Associate to deliver first-level IT support for a SaaS platform. This remote role focuses on resolving technical issues, guiding customers, and ensuring strong service delivery across the client base.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in technical support, strong ITSM knowledge, and fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years in a technical support or help desk role.
Strong ITSM knowledge and incident management experience.
Fluency in English and Spanish; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and mobility issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve routine incidents and service requests.
Manage incidents and requests through to resolution per SLAs.
Maintain ITSM processes including incident management and request fulfillment.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve escalations.
Communicate clearly with end users throughout the support lifecycle.
