Assurant is seeking a Technical Support Associate to provide first‑level IT support across the organization, ensuring reliable delivery of IT services. The role covers hardware, software, networking, and user access, following ITIL-driven processes.

You will handle incidents, requests, and SLA commitments, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and contribute to continuous service improvement while delivering excellent customer service in Spanish and English.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, CS or Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile devices, and network connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine technical incidents affecting end users and operations.
• Handle requests for installation, configuration, relocation, and removal of hardware/software.
• Own and track incidents and requests through resolution per SLAs.
• Administer ITSM processes for Incident Management and Request Fulfillment.
• Identify recurring issues and drive service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalated incidents.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication throughout the support lifecycle.
