AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports. The role focuses on turning large datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will apply SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools to deliver clear, data-driven narratives across business functions.

The position offers flextime with remote and office options, and USD-based compensation for a dynamic, high-growth environment serving Fortune 500 brands and leading startups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, maintaining or migrating models to Streamlit.
• Python development experience.
• Hands-on AI coding tools: Claude Code or Cursor across coding, SQL, analysis, and research.
• Excel or Google Sheets proficiency for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Validate data sources to ensure the accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
