AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will deploy dashboards, validate data sources, and translate business needs into analytics using SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools; data warehousing experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 93
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and iterate on dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support strategic decision‑making.
• Examine large datasets to uncover trends, opportunities and improvement areas.
• Verify data sources to assure accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Gather requirements from customers and provide responsive service.
• Enhance data pipelines, tools, and documentation.
• Translate complex data into actionable narratives for senior stakeholders, emphasizing business and customer impact.
• Communicate data insights effectively across diverse audiences.
• Own projects fully and maintain energy regardless of complexity.
• Focus on quality, attention to detail and support teammates with secondary responsibilities as needed.
