AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams. This role requires strong SQL, Tableau, Python, and data warehousing expertise to support strategic decisions across the organization.

You will work with remote collaboration tools and contribute to data processes, documentation, and customer-facing analytics, delivering clear narratives and impactful insights for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• AI coding tools experience with Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Interact directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong customer service.
• Contribute to improving data processes, tools, and documentation.
