Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own data models, validate data, and provide actionable narratives with a strategic, customer-focused mindset.

The role requires strong SQL, Tableau, Python, and Excel skills, plus experience with AI coding tools. Flexible remote/office options are available, with opportunities to work on Fortune 500 projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SQL development experience.
• 3+ years Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for reliable insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver service.
