AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role emphasizes SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI coding tools to drive data-driven decisions with an operational mindset.

You will own data models, collaborate across teams, and deliver high-quality visualizations while navigating ambiguity and deadlines in a remote-friendly environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of SQL development experience with large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, maintaining or migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) for coding and analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong data warehousing and data pipeline knowledge.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for reporting accuracy.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for senior leaders and product teams.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Validate data sources and ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
