AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and translate large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role emphasizes SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI coding tools, with remote-friendly, flex-time options and a focus on data quality and impact.

You will develop dashboards, analyze trends, validate data sources, and interact with customers to deliver actionable insights and robust data processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Spreadsheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
