Archetype Infrastructure Solutions in Argentina is seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter to identify, attract, interview, and hire qualified candidates across a variety of roles. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage candidates from diverse backgrounds.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding, while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Responsabilidades

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews and evaluate candidates based on position requirements.
• Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with background checks as required.
• Extend offers and assist with compensation discussions and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Attend career fairs, hiring events, and community events.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Bilingual Recruiter to identify, attract, interview, and hire qualified candidates for a variety of positions. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has strong communication and relationship-building skills, and can effectively connect with candidates from diverse backgrounds.

The Bilingual Recruiter will manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support while providing an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews and evaluate candidates based on position requirements
• Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish throughout the recruitment process
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
• Conduct reference checks and assist with background-check processes as required
• Extend offers and assist with compensation discussions and pre-employment requirements
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure candidates receive timely updates and a positive, professional experience
• Attend career fairs, hiring events, community events, and other recruiting activities
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by developing relationships with candidates from varied backgrounds
• Stay informed about recruiting trends, local talent markets, and effective sourcing strategies

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills
• Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online recruiting platforms
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information professionallyStrong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and team members

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience
• Experience recruiting for high-volume, hourly, professional, or specialized positions
• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms
• Knowledge of employment and recruiting practices
• Experience participating in job fairs and community outreach
• HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related degree or equivalent experience
