AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to drive quality across the SDLC by partnering with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Architects. You will design and maintain automated tests for unit, API, integration, and UI layers using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium, and leverage AI-assisted testing tools to optimize coverage.

Formación

• 4+ years of quality engineering experience.
• Proficiency with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST-assured, Postman, or similar).
• Understanding of REST APIs and service-based architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and continuous-testing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing tools and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Partner closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Architects to understand product functionality and acceptance criteria, ensuring quality is built into every stage of SDLC.
• Define and execute a product quality strategy aligned with business priorities and release objectives.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests across unit, API, integration, and UI layers.
• Champion the right-sized test pyramid by driving a balanced mix of unit, service, integration, and end-to-end tests.
