Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation alongside manual testing for our fintech platforms. You will integrate tests into CI/CD, investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and collaborate with developers and product teams to improve testability.

The role requires 4+ years in QA automation, hands-on manual testing, and experience with Playwright for desktop/web and Appium for mobile, plus CI/CD familiarity. Remote work options are available.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a software quality assurance role.
• 3+ years of experience in automated testing.
• Experience writing and working with Gherkin for behavior-driven development.
• Experience with AI tools in QA and prompt engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Build regression automation scripts that support app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation and accuracy based on defined criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance and other testing types.
• Record detailed documentation of feature behavior.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to incorporate user feedback in testing.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
