Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation and manual validation across our digital finance platforms. You will integrate tests into CI/CD, investigate failures, and collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high quality releases.

Candidates should have 4+ years in QA, strong automation experience with Playwright/WebDriver tools, and familiarity with AI-assisted QA tools. Remote opportunities offer global collaboration and growth.

Competenze

• 4+ years in QA automation and manual/ exploratory testing.
• Experience with Gherkin for BDD is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams to improve quality.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain regression automation scripts for key flows.
• Conduct manual testing to validate software against criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration and performance tests.
• Document feature behavior, pass/fail criteria, and bugs.
• Identify risks to product quality and escalate appropriately.
• Collaborate with product and development teams across SDLC.
• Contribute to test strategy with feedback from customers.
• Maintain automation repos in GitHub and run scripts.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
