Tether is hiring an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop/web test automation and support manual testing for our fintech platforms. You will build and maintain robust regression suites, integrate tests into CI/CD, and collaborate with developers and product teams across a global, remote-first organization.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in QA automation, hands-on testing, experience with Playwright, WebDriverIO, Appium, and testing Electron/React Native apps, plus familiarity with AI

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in QA automation.
• Hands-on manual and exploratory testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation tooling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across a global team.
• Experience testing Electron and React Native apps is a plus.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain regression automation scripts for desktop and web apps.
• Execute manual testing to validate features against criteria.
• Run smoke, regression, integration, and performance tests.
• Document test results with clear pass/fail criteria.
• Identify risks to quality and escalate to the team.
• Collaborate with product and development to improve testability.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
