The role requires 5+ years in proposal generation or technical sales, a strong engineering background, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will work with Hitachi products across power systems, industrial automation, and IT solutions.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in proposal generation or technical sales.
- Proven track record securing complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of Hitachi products and solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish.
- Proficient in proposal management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Analyze RFPs/ITBs to identify key specifications.
- Develop innovative technical solutions with R&D teams.
- Estimate costs, define scope, articulate value.
- Prepare detailed technical descriptions, schedules, resource plans.
- Conduct presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate technical and commercial terms.
- Improve proposal generation processes and tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
