Hitachi Energy Argentina S.A.U. is seeking a Senior Proposal Engineer to craft compelling proposals for complex engineering projects. You will collaborate with sales, technical, and commercial teams to secure new business opportunities.

Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, analyze RFPs/ITBs, and develop innovative, cost-effective solutions. You will estimate costs, define scope, and present to clients, with travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in proposal generation, technical sales, or project engineering within a relevant industry.
• Proven track record of securing complex engineering projects through proposals.
• Strong technical understanding of Hitachi products and solutions (power systems, industrial automation, transportation, IT solutions).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in proposal management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preparation of comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
• Analyze RFPs, ITBs and client docs to identify key specs and terms.
• Develop innovative, cost-effective technical solutions with engineering/R&D teams.
• Estimate costs, define scope, articulate value propositions.
• Prepare detailed technical descriptions, schedules and resource plans.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
• Negotiate technical and commercial aspects of proposals with clients.
• Contribute to process improvement of proposal generation.
