HITACHI ENERGY PERU S.A. is seeking a Senior Engineer to act as a technical leader, promoting Hitachi products, systems, services, and tools across electrical power sectors, bridging engineering, sales and market development.

You will mentor junior staff and support demand generation while building strong customer relationships and delivering technical visits and trainings for diverse segments. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Required: Bachelor's in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• 5–6 years in application engineering or technical sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop business opportunities through technical leadership and customer engagement.
• Plan and execute technical visits, presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Support product qualification and homologation with technical demonstrations.
• Lead technical promotional activities to generate demand.
• Collaborate with engineering firms and end-user teams on solutions.
• Build long-term customer relationships and support regional sales teams.
