Hitachi Vantara Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Engineer in Argentina to lead the creation of compelling proposals for complex engineering projects. You’ll collaborate with sales, technical, and commercial teams to secure opportunities and ensure alignment with client requirements.

The role demands strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in both English and Spanish, plus the ability to travel as needed.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
5+ years in proposal generation, technical sales, or project engineering.
Proven track record securing complex engineering projects via proposals.
Strong technical understanding of Hitachi products (power, automation, transport, IT).
Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
Analyze RFPs/ITBs to identify key specs and terms.
Develop innovative, cost-effective technical solutions with multiple teams.
Estimate costs, define scope, and articulate value propositions.
Prepare detailed technical descriptions, schedules, and resource plans.
Deliver technical presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate technical and commercial aspects with clients.
Improve proposal processes and stay aware of industry trends.
