Syneos Health, a leading biopharma solutions provider, seeks a Proposal Writer in Argentina to craft customer deliverables and win themes for new business opportunities. You will collaborate with the VP of Solution Design and Business Development to ensure proposals are strategic and brand-aligned.

The role demands excellent written and oral communication, strong project management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent in business or health field, with relevant experience.
• Experience with proposals in pharma or CRO industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong project management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Create customized customer response documents highlighting differentiation and strategy.
• Produce high-quality, customer-specific deliverables aligned with branding.
• Ensure effective communication among stakeholders to meet goals.
• Meet deadlines by setting priorities and coordinating approvals.
• Support BD initiatives and special projects across leadership.
