ROKO Labs is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product journey from discovery to delivery for ambitious client engagements. You will partner with clients, engineers, designers, and AI specialists to define what to build, why it matters, and how success is measured.

The role combines product strategy, customer insight, technology, and AI to solve complex problems and deliver products users love. It is highly collaborative, client-facing, and focused on driving measurable business value.

Formación

• 7+ years of product management delivering complex digital products end-to-end.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on enterprise software, data, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with enterprise clients to define strategy, discovery, prioritization, and measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to identify AI, analytics, and automation value for customers.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies and practical product applications.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience in Agile environments with distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Own product journey from discovery through delivery, coordinating with clients, engineers, designers, and AI specialists.
• Lead product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics for one or more initiatives.
• Translate business challenges into MVPs and actionable delivery plans.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, analytics, and emerging tech.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, AI, and business teams to align on outcomes.
• Refine roadmaps with customer feedback, analytics, experimentation, and insights.
• Mentor other Product Managers and contribute to AI product practices.
