Emi Labs, Inc. is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide three product engineering teams and partner with Product to shape the recruitment roadmap. You’ll ensure teams have the support needed to move fast while balancing architectural integrity.

You will hire, mentor engineers, and champion a data-driven culture. We encourage AI tool adoption to improve delivery and quality in a remote-first environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience managing multiple teams or workstreams at once.
• Ability to partner with senior tech leads and architects.
• Strong product sense and ability to work with business stakeholders.
• Proven track record mentoring engineers with actionable feedback.
• Experience using AI tools as part of daily work.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics to guide decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow three product engineering teams, managing people end-to-end.
• Partner with Product to translate priorities into roadmap and execution.
• Coordinate dependencies and unblock work across teams.
• Surface technical debt and drive resolution with tech leads/architects.
• Own hiring for the teams from needs to offers.
• Champion a data-driven culture and define delivery metrics.
• Drive adoption of AI tools across teams.
