Rootstrap is seeking a Semi Senior Product Designer to join our design team and craft thoughtful digital products that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. You’ll own features across the product design cycle, collaborate with clients, product managers, engineers, and other designers, and embrace AI to enhance research, exploration, and delivery while maintaining high design craft.

Formación

• 3 years of digital product design experience with a portfolio showing impact.
• Experience leading end-to-end design processes from discovery to delivery.
• Ability to design experiments using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring clarity to complex problems.

Responsabilidades

• Own design initiatives and features from exploration to UX/UI, prototyping, validation and delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, product managers, engineers and designers to translate problems into user-centered solutions.
• Contribute to discovery and product definition, validating assumptions before execution.
• Translate requirements into user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes and interfaces.
• Participate in client conversations, present work and gather feedback to achieve alignment.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions.
• Prototype and test ideas at appropriate fidelity to learn and validate.
• Maintain high levels of craft, usability, accessibility and visual consistency.
