Blend360 seeks an experienced product manager to own the long-term scope, define epics and workflows, and ensure end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled software solutions for diverse clients. You will drive product-market fit, manage risks, gather requirements from clients, and collaborate with engineering and client teams to maintain roadmaps and release notes across quarterly OKRs.

The role requires 6+ years of product management experience, strong communication, and a practical understanding of AI

• Proven product management experience delivering new software from conception through MVP and beyond in cross-functional environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong documentation discipline.
• Ability to translate complex customer journeys into clear requirements and iterate based on feedback.
• Strong track record of driving product-market fit and shipping incrementally in evolving scope.

Responsabilidades

• Own long-term product scope, defining epics and features for end-to-end use cases.
• Drive results that deliver user delight and push products toward PMF.
• Capture business requirements at the least detail necessary for rapid delivery cycles.
• Maintain product docs, roadmaps, and release notes as the single source of truth across teams.
• Collaborate with clients, SMEs, and engineering to align priorities and plan sprints.
