Toptal, a global remote company, seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive AI-powered product development. You will lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, PMs) and own end-to-end discovery and delivery, leveraging user research and data to guide strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes customer-centric product innovation, data-driven decision making, and delivering high-impact features in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years of software product management experience.
• End-to-end product lifecycle leadership experience.
• Experience launching AI-powered features that improve engagement.
• Strong data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Agile development in distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead all aspects of an established agile team, including backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing experiences that deliver value.
• Define the scope of new product features and ongoing improvements.
• Write and prioritize user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other Product Managers.
• Track progress, assess risks, and communicate contingency plans.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to assess opportunities and risks.
