J.P. Morgan is seeking a Senior Network Rapid Response Engineer to lead incident and problem management for critical network services.

You will mentor a team of operations engineers, resolve Major Incidents, and drive incident reduction while aligning with DevOps practices and cross-functional collaboration. You will engage with Tier 4, product engineering, and vendors to develop mitigation plans and perform post-incident analyses with actionable improvements.

• Experience in production and infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of risk and controls landscape, ensuring company-wide standards are met.
• Executes within a customer-centric environment.
• Strong Written and Communication Skills
• Strong work ethic in a mission-critical 24x7 environment with multiple vendor/customer relationships.
• Ability to perform incident management & lead a team of operations engineers on troubleshooting high-profile Major Incidents.
• Post-incident analysis with detailed documentation & communication on process improvements to senior management.
• Collaborate with high-performing teams using Agile methodologies.
• Articulate technical findings to management clearly and concisely.
• Experience troubleshooting large-scale enterprise network topologies (LAN/WAN, etc.).
• Experience with packet capture and analysis (NetFlow, Riverbed, TCPdumps, cPacket).
• Familiarity with Python & Ansible for DevOps.

Responsabilidades
