J.P. Morgan is seeking a senior network reliability engineer to own the availability and performance of mission-critical services.

You will lead major incident responses, drive root-cause analysis, and implement durable remediation while architecting automation to reduce toil. Candidates should demonstrate advanced automation skills (Python, Shell, Ansible), strong SRE knowledge, and ownership mindset with the ability to influence cross-team roadmaps.

Formación

• Extensive experience operating and engineering large-scale networks.
• Proven leadership in major incidents, RCA, and delivery of long-term fixes that reduce repeat incidents.
• Advanced automation using Python, Shell, and Ansible with toil reduction and reliability gains.
• Strong applied understanding of SRE concepts, NFRs, and FMEA (or equivalent risk analysis).
• Strong ownership mindset, stakeholder management, and ability to drive delivery independently.

Responsabilidades

• Own reliability outcomes for mission-critical network services (availability, performance, recoverability).
• Lead major incident response with rigorous coordination and post-incident learning.
• Own end-to-end problem management: RCAs, root causes, and durable remediation.
• Architect automation frameworks using Python, Shell, and Ansible for self-healing patterns and automated remediation.
• Provide deep technical leadership across SD-WAN, SDA, SND, Routing/ Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Proxies, Cisco ACI/Fabrics preferred; VMware NSX a plus.
