JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Network Rapid Response Engineer (NRR) to lead the NRR team in incident and problem management and to resolve major incidents. The role involves mentoring the team, implementing robust processes, and collaborating across the global network to drive service reliability.

You will apply expertise in routing, switching, load balancing, proxies, firewalls, and network monitoring tools to troubleshoot complex problems in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Formación

• Experience in production and infrastructure support.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise networks (LAN/WAN, security).
• Proficient in incident and major incident management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in Agile environments and mentor juniors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead incident and major incident resolution and incident reduction efforts.
• Mentor operations engineers and coordinate with Tier 4/Product Engineering, LOBs and vendors.
• Develop mitigation plans and perform post-incident analysis.
• Collaborate across the JPMorgan Chase & Co. global network to ensure reliable operations.
• Communicate clearly with management and stakeholders during incidents.
