Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a business or risk-related field.
• 5+ years in business continuity, risk, or crisis management within a multinational environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strategic mindset for permanent fixes, not just quick workarounds.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor operational environments to identify incidents and disruptions early.
• Respond rapidly to incidents and drive coordinated action across teams.
• Ask questions to define root cause, impact, and recovery path.
• Create clear, concise updates for senior management.
• Tailor communications to audience to enable quick decision making.
• Coordinate rapid recovery across Technology, Operations, Real Estate and partners.
• Ensure accountability by tracking actions and timelines to full resolution.
• Transition from tactical recovery to strategic remediation without losing momentum.
• Assess cross-border risk and implement preventive actions globally.
