JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Argentina seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to own reliability outcomes for mission-critical network services, drive incident response, and lead end-to-end problem management.

You will architect automation using Python, Shell, and Ansible, and provide technical leadership across SD-WAN, routing, firewalls, and software-defined networking to improve service health. Mentorship and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Extensive experience operating and engineering large-scale networks with strong troubleshooting depth.
• Proven leadership in major incidents, RCA, and delivery of long-term fixes that reduce repeat incidents.
• Advanced automation track record using Python, Shell, and Ansible, with toil reduction and reliability gains.
• Strong applied understanding of SRE concepts, NFRs, and FMEA (or equivalent failure/risk analysis).
• Strong ownership mindset, stakeholder management, and ability to drive delivery independently.

Responsabilidades

• Own reliability outcomes for mission-critical network services (availability, performance, recoverability).
• Lead major incident response: establish response rigor, coordinate mitigation, coach responders, post-incident learning.
• Own problem management end-to-end: author/approve RCAs, identify systemic root causes, drive durable remediation.
• Architect automation frameworks using Python, Shell, and Ansible with guardrails and validation pipelines.
• Provide deep technical leadership across SD-WAN, SDA, SND, routing/switched networks, firewalls, load balancers, proxies.
