JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Network Rapid Response Engineer to lead the NRR team in incident and problem management. The role involves managing major incidents, mentoring engineers, and driving 24x7 operational excellence across diverse network environments.
You will work with Cisco/Juniper equipment, firewalls, load balancers, proxies, and monitoring tools to rapidly restore services and reduce incidents, while communicating clearly with stakeholders and leveraging Agile methods.
As a Senior Network Rapid Response Engineer (NRR), you will help lead the NRR team in Incident and Problem Management along with performing Major Incident resolution, Incident Reduction & Team Mentorship. You will help build a meaningful engineering discipline, combining processes, tools and DevOps to develop creative engineering solutions to operations problems.
The Network Engineer must have a strong knowledge of Routing and switching, Load Balancing, Proxies and Firewalls. Experience in protocol Analyzers (NetFlow, Riverbed, Wireshark, cPacket) and Management tools (SevOne, ThousandEyes).
