J.P. Morgan is seeking an experienced network automation engineer to lead SDN solutions for datacenters. You will design, implement, and operate automation and orchestration across multi-cloud environments, focusing on reliability, performance, and scalable infrastructure.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile framework, mentor junior engineers, and evaluate emerging SDN technologies and AI-assisted tooling to uplift code quality and delivery velocity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure development or DevOps networking.
• Strong experience with Python, Go, JavaScript, and shell scripting for automation and tooling.
• Deep understanding of BGP, VRF, MPLS, IP/TCP/UDP in datacenter contexts; cloud networking experience including VPC and hybrid connectivity.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration (Jenkins, Kubernetes) and IaC frameworks (Ansible, Terraform).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development, implementation, and delivery of SDN solutions for software-defined datacenters, ensuring timelines and performance standards.
• Design, develop, and implement network automation and orchestration using Python, Go, JavaScript, and modern web tech.
• Architect and deploy SDN and orchestration across multi-cloud environments with monitoring integrations for reliability.
• Develop and maintain network automation frameworks, APIs, and tooling with infrastructure-as-code.
• Collaborate with network architects, security, product owners, and infra engineers in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Mentor junior engineers on network automation, IaC, and AI-assisted development practices.
• Evaluate emerging SDN technologies and AI-assisted tooling to improve quality, speed, and reliability.
