Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on Data Ingestion, Integrations, and Collectors for a marketing-oriented education/nonprofit client base. You will architect pipelines from paid media platforms into Adverity, connect CRM systems, and manage a Google BigQuery warehouse with modular dbt/Dataform transformations.

You’ll enable fast Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports, ensuring data quality across multi-client environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in a marketing or agency environment.
• Experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or comparable ETL platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL with BigQuery experience.
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform with modular, version-controlled pipelines.
• Python proficiency for custom API connections and automation.
• Experience with CRM data flows and integrations (Slate, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics and paid platform schemas.
• Proficiency with Git and multi-client data environments with data segregation.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion and pipeline architecture for multi-channel data sources.
• Own CRM integration to ensure clean lead and enrollment data flows into the warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse in Google BigQuery with scalable schemas and performance tuning.
• Own transformation and mapping using dbt or Dataform with standardized definitions.
• Own CI/CD and data segregation across multi-client environments.
• Enable the reporting layer with Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.
• Drive data quality with monitoring, validation, and automated testing.
