Job summary

In All Media Inc is hiring a Senior Data Engineer focused on marketing analytics. You will own the data path from ad accounts and CRM through Adverity into a BigQuery warehouse, then drive modular dbt/Dataform pipelines and Looker Studio reporting for education and nonprofit partners.

You’ll ensure data quality, build robust integrations, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate reporting needs into scalable warehouse models for fast dashboards and automated sheets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on data engineering in marketing/agency setting.
• Strong SQL with BigQuery experience in transformation and modeling.
• Experience with dbt or Dataform pipelines and version control.
• Python proficiency for API connections and automation.
• CRM data flows (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) integration expertise.
• Knowledge of ROAS, CPA, CAC and marketing data schemas.
• Git experience and multi-client data environments with data segregation.
• Clear communicator able to translate data workflows for non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion pipelines from paid media and CRM into the warehouse.
• Build and maintain CRM connections to ensure clean lead data flow.
• Design and optimize Google BigQuery schemas and storage.
• Develop modular, documented dbt/Dataform transformations.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and enforce data segmentation across clients.
• Create supporting data views for Looker Studio dashboards and Sheets.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot discrepancies across layers.
