Agileengine is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on marketing analytics. You will own ingestion pipelines from paid media and CRM systems through Adverity into a BigQuery warehouse and produce Looker Studio dashboards.

The role emphasizes modular, version-controlled data transformations using dbt/Dataform, with strong Python for custom connectors and robust data quality practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in marketing or agency settings.
• Experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in ETL platforms such as Adverity or equivalents.
• Strong SQL skills with BigQuery experience in transformation, partitioning, and modeling.
• Proficiency with dbt or Dataform for modular, version-controlled pipelines.
• Python proficiency for custom API connections and automation.
• Experience with CRM data flows (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing metrics knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Own data ingestion and pipeline architecture from paid media and CRM to Adverity and BigQuery warehouse.
• Build and maintain CRM connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure clean data flow into warehouse.
• Design efficient schemas in BigQuery and manage partitioning, clustering, and storage to optimize cost/performance.
• Create SQL transformations in dbt/Dataform with clear naming conventions and documentation.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and enforce data segregation across multi-client environments.
• Develop clean data views for Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports for clients.
