Atomic HR is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to unite paid media, CRM, and analytics into a single source of truth. You will own ingestion pipelines from Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and more, feeding Adverity and BigQuery.

You will build modular dbt/Dataform transformations, ensure data quality, and empower Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports for education and nonprofit clients. Remote, async-friendly team with growth opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years of data engineering experience in marketing or agency settings.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience building scalable ETL pipelines with modern tools.
• Ability to translate complex data to non-technical audiences (education marketing valued).

Responsabilidades

• Own data ingestion pipelines from paid media and CRM into central warehouse.
• Build and maintain CRM connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Design and optimize Google BigQuery schemas and storage.
• Develop modular dbt/Dataform transformations with clear naming.
• Maintain CI/CD workflows and data segregation for multi-client envs.
• Enable fast Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.
