Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to own the Java/MuleSoft integration layer that connects Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems. You will build and maintain API integrations, manage data synchronization, and handle production troubleshooting and on-call rotation.

You will work 3 days per week on-site at client offices in Microcentro, CABA, with hybrid arrangements for flexibility and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a software developer.
• Experience with Java and MuleSoft.
• Enterprise integration/middleware experience.
• Production troubleshooting and incident support experience.
• Experience building and maintaining integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Java/MuleSoft integration layer for Salesforce Service Cloud integrations.
• Contribute to internal daemons and MuleSoft capabilities with focus on integration layer.
• Support stakeholders in Service Cloud, collaborating with internal teams on integration issues.
• Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures impacting downstream processes.
• Participate in DFR rotation and Ops Review process; monitor health KPIs for services.
