• 3–5 years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on MuleSoft experience.
• Mid-level software engineering background.
• Experience with enterprise integration middleware.
• Production troubleshooting and incident support.
• Experience building and maintaining integrations.
• Ability to diagnose API/integration failures.
• Experience with production monitoring and incident triage.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to the upstream and downstream systems that support the Case object lifecycle.
• Contribute to active engineering efforts across internally owned daemons and MuleSoft capabilities, with a focus on the integration layer.
• Support stakeholders and their reps in Service Cloud, partnering with internal teams on integration-related issues affecting Cases and case workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures impacting downstream Salesforce Service Cloud processes.
• Participate in the DFR rotation and Ops Review process as a core responsibility.
• Triage critical alerts related to integration/API health and monitor platform health KPIs for MuleSoft/Java services.
• Document findings in Confluence and keep sprint data current.
• Follow established engineering and DevOps processes; collaborate effectively across teams.
